easiflo® Chlorine FeedersThe family of hth® easiflo® chlorine feeders are suitable for almost any size of pool, and are designed to eliminate problems associated with pumps, tanks and agitator based systems. Simple to use and low maintenance, with no foot valves, dosing pumps and injectors used within the system - limiting the costs and the maintenance issues related to many dosing systems.
The entire range of Easiflo® feeders utilises only hth® easiflo® BRIQUETTE and can be used in conjunction with an automatic controller, such as the hth® CYCL'EAU® water quality controller system. Selecting the correct feeder you require will depend on the bather load of the pool - our Technical Services Team can advise you. |
The easiflo® system generates a consistent halogenated solution - concentration between 1.2 and 2% available chlorine at 1 bar depending on the selected model - helping to maintain a constant level of chlorine within the pool.
The feeder is non-pressurised and a detector on the lid, shuts down the spraying of briquettes when it is opened and prevents the projection of disinfecting solution towards the operator. |

There are 2 systems within the new generation of hth® easiflo® feeders, designed to suit specific situations and are available in varying sizes which can hold 20, 50 and 100 kg of easiflo® BRIQUETTE.

hth® easiflo® 10 FIRST is ideal for small installations in the technical pool room, usually replacing manual dosing operations.
1. hth® easiflo® BRIQUETTES a convenient form of dry chlorine, are placed on a grid in the hopper at the top of the dispenser. 2. The water from the pool is fed into the main circuit of the feeder (spray), which sprays the briquettes through the hopper grid. 3. The result is a chlorine solution that falls to the lower part of the dosing unit and reduces the risk of deposits on the upper float. This circuit is controlled by a solenoid valve, which in turn is controlled by the swimming pool controller. • The top float ensures the tank does not overflow and stops off the water supply in the event of overflow. • The high float ensures the tank does not overflow and stops off the water supply in the event of overflow. 4. The chlorine solution obtained will be evacuated to the pool via the venturi kit.

Pump and Tank SystemsOur granular products are generally dosed manually via a dissolving tank (similar to those used for dosing sodium hypochlorite - liquid chlorine) which is adapted with a mixing device. Wherever possible, site surveys by our Technical Services team can identify existing equipment that can be utilised, assuring the correct specification with minimum cost. Briquettes can be used in this system with the addition of a suspension net which we can supply if required.
